Every since the sighting of the dark mark at the Quidditch World Cup everyone has been on edge. The Ministry has done it’s best to simply call it a small prank of some Slytherin of Hogwarts. But Harry seems to know otherwise. With the comfort of being able to contact his God Father, Sirius Black, Harry has told the man everything that has been going on. Everything from the horrible nightmares that include men that Harry has never met before to everything that had happened at the World Cup. Confused with what is going on, Harry, Ron, and Hermione have done their best to simply ignore everything going on and deal with school. But there’s a buzz going on that something that hasn’t happened in over a hundred years. But what it is has yet to be revealed by their headmaster Dumbledore.

But soon, the mystery is revealed when two other schools arrive at the school. Beauxbatons Academy of Magic and Durmstrang Institute for Magical Learning. Both arriving in their own way, it is clear something BIG is going to happen here at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. After the schools were introduced and settled in, the announcement was finally made. “This year, Hogwarts will compete in the Triwizard Tournament.” students got excited, the Triwizard Tournament was away to get eternal glory. Now of course that bit made Harry roll his eyes and shrug the entire thing off. Didn’t he already have Eternal Glory? At least in one way or another.

And so the school was housing two different schools. Each fighting to show that they are better than the other. But what they don’t know, is that man, in Harry’s dream, is real. With the name of Barty Crouch Jr. He is a very loyal death eater. Hiding in the form of a certain newly hired Defense Against the Dark Arts Mad Eye Moody, he has lead a small group of teenage death eaters to the school. Each student has a different job. And The group has been split up into each school. In total, 15 teenage death eaters have penetrated the school and are now doing their best to make sure their lord and master comes back to full power to get the revenge he has been seeking for over 14 years.

It is Albus Severus Potter's 7th year are Hogwarts, his brother, James, had just graduated and he is now learning to train dragons, working on the hogwarts grounds with Charlie Weasley, the Care of Magical Creatures Professor. It's Albus' sister's sixth. Albus had been sorted into slytherin his first year, and other than teasing from his older brother and cousins, his family was ok with it. His younger sister turned out to be much like their mother, a spitfire with a knack for the Bat Bogey Hex. The young girl had her brothers eating out of the palm of her hands. She was a Gryffindor, but her brother always teased she got sorted wrong. Their cousin Hugo Weasley was sorted into Gryffindor, while Rose was placed into Ravenclaw, she did obtain her mother's brains. Victoire had long graduated, but she now student taught at Hogwarts, in Charms, but when she had attended she was a Ravenclaw. Scorpious Malfoy was a Slytherin, but that didn't mean he was friends with the resident Slytherin Potter. His one year younger sister was also placed in Slytherin. Scorpius was never bothered because of his family name, Malfoy, but his sister was.

All was well in the wizarding world, until threats were starting to come into the Ministry of Magic on a dailey basis. Someone was taking up the reigns of the Dark Lord. They wanted all muggle born, mudbloods and blood-traiters as well for that matter, eradicated from Hogwarts, as well as the ministry. They named specific people as well, nearly none of the famous wizarding lines are safe. This new Dark Lord even considers the Malfoy line as blood traitors, as they turned their backs on the ways of the Dark Lord. As extra protection the school was now protected by some of the best Aurors their world had to offer. This includes Harry and Ron. The Headmistress, Luna Lovegood, is a little leary on letting the Ministry infultrate her school, as she remembered what had happened with Professor Umbridge. Seeing as it was her old school friends that were coming, she didn't see any harm in a little extra protection.

The students know something is up, every single one knows the adults are more anxious than normal. They just aren't sure why. They all have their theories, and the majority whispered about the rising of the Dark Lord. If he came back after Harry defeated him once, why can't he do it again? Some of the older children know what's going on. The ones that are either following this person, or are rashly against it.

You are either with this Dark Lord, or against them. Nuetrality isn't and option in this time of war.


Mini/Current Plot
A new year at Hogwarts means new excitements. Every parent looks both eagerly, and solemnly as the train pulls away from the train station. Each parent is glad to have their children attending school and learning, just as they did in their time. However, they will not see their children until the next holiday. Each student eagerly awaits being back at school. Whether it's to learn, cause trouble, or finally get sorted into their house, nearly everyone is ecstatic. A few students know something is up. They are worried. The train has yet to reach Hogwarts soil, in fact they don't even get halfway there before someone attacks the train. Of course there are a few teachers on the train, but it will be mostly up to the students to keep the younger kids safe and to fight off this evil, or fight for it.

Welcome to Equiventure Academy where every student is different. Where every horse is just another person's dream of fame and glory, where around every turn lies a problem and no solution in sight.

Offering different programs in both English & Western styles at the academy all equestrians have the chance to develop their talents and become better riders and horsemen/women. The academy is one of the top in the country for what it does and was founded by Olympic Silver Medalist Gregory Hoffman and is now run by Olympic rider & trainer Jared Stryder. Quite a few of the alumni of the graduating classes have already been recognized as top riders, trainers, or even breeders and now to help improve the number of alumni that achieve such high standards of horsemanship.

Students and trainers for both the academy are selected from thousands of applicants each year. Those who come to the schools may not understand how to mix hard work and fun at first but they'll be sure to learn after going a few rounds with the trainers and the headmaster. The schools are all about horses and representing EquiVenture in an acceptable fashion.

No one here is going to tell you it's easy or fun but we can promise one heck of an adventure for those brave enough to submit applications, and those good enough to be accepted.
