11:30 a.m.
Trevor had his reservations when he received Julia's paperwork Friday evening. After all, there were no guarantees he could truly trust her quite yet. Still, he had promised her he would allow her to receive her wand as soon as the paperwork had been processed, so he had no choice but to give in. If she were to hear he'd received her paperwork yet not followed through with his promise, then there would be problems.
Nevertheless, he was hesitant to decide if he wanted to let her keep her papers. That meant free entry and exit as she pleased at the checkpoints, and he wasn't sure he trusted her with that yet. Maybe she would have to wait a few weeks. And if she came across something else she needed that required her paperwork, he would go with her. Full trust had to be built first. Of course, depending on where she flooed to, she could do the same thing since while they tried to keep the floo network closed off from any houses located in the muggle areas, there were still some who chose to live in very rural country areas. So it was possibly a moot point. He'd have to decide on that at a later date or at least a later time.
With a sigh, Trevor walked out his front door and down the path to where it was safe to apparate in and out before apparating to Knockturn Alley where he had told Julia to meet him via a letter he had a Puxley owl run to her at the end of his work day last night. The wand shop there seemed to have a good reputation. Hopefully Julia would find something there.
