The smell of death had been in the air for the better part of the last few weeks and it was starting to drive the young Spiral mad. To make matter worse he could taste the blood in the air. The full moon had been 3 days ago and if anything his inner wolf was still at the fore front of his mind, wanting to hunt and kill, to rip and tear with fangs and teeth, to… Soren shook he head in hopes of clearing it of those dangerous thoughts. No need to attack one of the humans wandering about because he got excited and lost control or something equally unpleasant. He turned his nose to the air and concentrated hard on picking out a certain scent.
Rumors of last night’s murder had been filtering through the general populace all morning, and when Soren had gone to check out the area of the murder he knew something wasn’t quite right. Aside from the blood making his wolf mad for the hunt, he also scented something not quite right. It smelled of rotting corpses, of something that had been dead for a long time. The Spiral thought back to his fight with the young Nosferatu. If there was one about, was there more? Either way the Garou wanted answers and he knew where he could possibly get them. That Fenris wolf, Cedric was around here somewhere… he knew of the halfbreeds and other things that made London their home. Sure he could spend the time trying to learn everything himself, but he was no Gnawer, and being in the tight confines of the city always had him on edge. No it would be better for everyone if he just found and asked Cedric if he had heard of anything.
His nose had brought him into the heart of Knocturn Alley and after about ten minutes or so of looking around he finally caught the scent he was looking for. And it was strong. A fanged grin made its way onto his face. Good, that meant the other Garou was near, and from what he could tell, inside the place called the Duck and Dagger. Not wanting to risk anything in case the Fenris wolf was not in an agreeable mood, Soren set himself up on a few crates that lined the wall of the building directly across the entrance to the Duck and Dagger. Hopefully he wouldn’t have to wait for long. Patience was one thing Black Spirals were not well known for.
