It was still odd to be amongst the waiting parents at the Diagon Alley station for the Hogsmeade Express, especially with the amount of interesting people who would approach him either to try to talk while a friend waited somewhere nearby with a camera, to talk politics, or walked by with a less-than-friendly look on his face, but this was the cost of being in charge. Even if he hadn't instated slavery of muggleborns, some would have loved him and some would have hated him. It was simply the nature of the beast, so Trevor took it in stride, reacting politely to people as needed and waiting. At least the Guard that waited around were comprised of his most trusted and did a decent job of warding off most of the crazies.
The man shifted the bags of candies in his right hand to his left as the sound of the quickly approaching train's whistle sounded, smiling as the bright red thing came into sight. There was nothing that beat the sight of his daughters, and he could only imagine at least one or both of them would be chattering excitedly about something that had happened in the passing weeks. He couldn't wait to catch up with Layla especially, considering she had barely written over the past few months. Katya? He wanted to catch up with her, too, as their last meeting had hardly been what he considered ideal, but there was a sense of apprehension. There wasn't much on him that she could have found out as he had never thrown his name around in his time as a Death Eater and he didn't have much of a record aside from the one arrest, but what if she had decided she hated him in the time between their last meeting and now? His smile faltered a little, but he quickly plastered it back on, waiting as the train slowed to a stop before stepping forward, hoping to see sight of his daughters over the other parents.
