God her head was killing her. But if she had done her work properly the night before, then her head was always killing her the next day. So she had done her 'job' correctly the night before. That much was evident. Today was Christmas, which was supposed to be a holiday you spent with your family and friends. Lina really couldn't spend it with her own family, considering most of her family wanted to kill her, and the other parts of it couldn't be around her. And as for friends? Well, she couldn't remember if she had made any friends last night, but if she had she was surely waking up by herself now. Those wouldn't really be friends anyway.
So the red head showered, dressed, and grabbed breakfast from a random store nearby. She was dressed like always. Dark jeans tight to her body, combat boots, leather jacket, green tank top, green scarf, gloves, with her hair loose and curly around her shoulders. A holiday. A day where everyone would probably be home, enjoying a wonderful meal with their 2.5 kids behind a picket fence. Or something like that. Lina was alone, and while part of her loved that, it was a holiday.
From there the red head wandered for a bit. The cheap coffee and breakfast sandwich she had grabbed did wonders for her headache. She wasn't sure where she had wandered, until she looked up. It was snowing on Christmas, wasn't that just a story book picture? A small smile appeared on her lips, and realized she was standing in the middle of a park. Pretty much by herself, snow all around, piling up. Christmas, wasn't this wonderful? A small laugh escaped her, despite her darker mood.
What was she going to do? Well, Lina had a few ideas in mind. She had no idea who she could throw a snow ball at, even if she had that urge, and building a snow man was another idea... but for now? Something simple and happy. She flopped down on the snow, beginning to make a snow angel. A giant smile on her face, laughter escaping her every once in awhile as she did so.
