The harsh, unforgiving cold of winter has long set in. Snow covers the ground and students tend find things to do inside as much as possible. With the Yule Ball fast approaching, students certainly have things to discuss and plan.
Politically, things are nowhere near as sound as people are lead to believe. There is turmoil amongst the ranks of the Death Eaters as Callid Warren and Fierro Darque plot against Trevor Williams, who is aided by Sienna Faber, but can she be trusted? Even amongst the people, there seems to be social unrest as SAVIOR works to free slaves and the leader of the Order of the Phoenix finds himself captured. Unification is necessary, but will it happen?

The Three Broomsticks Best butterbeers in town! Or at least, it's a popular hangout and a good place to go into to avoid the weather. Naturally, in the summer it's a little hot with all the body heat, but all the same, the cozy little pub is popular.

Honeyduke's The small sweets shop sells a wide range of things from the ordinary chocolate frog to blood-flavored lollipops. The younger children especially love this place, but no matter what age one is, it seems to hold a certain allure.

The Hog's Head Despite its reputation for having the best firewhiskies around, the Hog's Head is also noted for its uncleanliness. A good cleaning spell might be in order to ensure you're not picking up any nasty, unwanted germs.

Other Shops The other various stores and shops located in Hogsmeade. A few of the shops formerly located in Diagon Alley have relocated here.
The Shrieking Shack The old, dilapidated building still stands, though one would sometimes wonder how. Still rumored to be the most haunted house in London, the shack is often the object of dares between students.
Hogwarts Express This familiar train, taking off from platform nine and three quarters in London takes students to the Hogsmeade station where they either row or ride to the familiar wizarding school.
