December 23, 8 a.m.
As the quaint little Muggle device they call an 'alarm clock' started buzzing and making a surprisingly loud racket for such a small thing, Sienna slowly forced herself to wake up. Eight o'clock was way to early for her to be awake on a Saturday, but she was meeting with Callid for her weekly check-in. Every week she would check in with her partner and give him an update on what, if anything, Trevor was planning that would concern them. Of course, since she was working for Trevor now, the two of them would pick and choose the things Sienna would reveal to her 'partner' in her check-in, but that was beside the point... Lately it hadn't been much, just a few re-stationings in the Imperium Guard and one or two new nobodies in Azkaban, nothing important. Today though she had an interesting piece of completely fabricated rumor to share with dear Callid. Or rather, she and Trevor had come up with something that would make Callid so paranoid he was bound to slip up somehow and give Trevor a reason to arrest and/or execute him.
With a small smile at the thought of how Callid would most likely react to the news she was going to share with him, Sienna stretched gracefully and forced herself out of bed and into the shower. After another 20 minutes waking up in a steaming hot shower (it really was ungodly early, she thought), she dried her hair magically and wandered sleepily into her closet. Picking out a pai of tight yet tasteful dark-wash jeans and a blood-red silk halter top that exposed her back, she pulled on her favorite stiletto-boots and headed into the penthouse's kitchen. One of the only pluses she had gotten out of her stint in slavery was she had learned to cook, even if her skill was still rather mediocre. But it was enough to make herself some eggs and bacon at least, she thought as she began cooking.
As she was scooping her scrambled eggs out of the skillet and onto two plates for her and Callid, she heard a knock at the penthouse's door followed by the obnoxious beeping sound from the electric key-thingy signalling someone's entry. Placing two slices of wheat toast on each plat with the eggs and bacon, Sienna called out, "In the kitchen, Callid. Coffee or tea?" Leaning against the marble countertop she sipped her own tea and waited for her companion to appear.
