Perhaps it was foolish of Trevor to be out today. After all, it was exactly one week since some unidentified witch or wizard by the name of Hermes had sent out a threat to send Ashwinders upon London if he and his gang of Death Eaters did not abdicate power, but as it was, Trevor wasn't worried in the least. Why should he care if some muggles were to be injured because he failed to step down? He wasn't some willy-nilly do-gooder Order member, after all. He was a Death Eater, and hate crimes upon muggles were kind of a normal thing, especially when Voldemort was still alive. He was hardly in London himself. Any wizard who chose to venture into London did so at his own risk. The wizarding public had been notified. And muggles? Well, they would be bewildered by a few burned down buildings, but hey, how would they know to suspect some snake eggs as causing the fire? That wasn't how things worked in the world as they knew it.
Nevertheless, to avoid future threats that might actually be cause for worry, Imperium Guards were disguised at various points throughout the city of London in case they spotted any suspicious individual starting magical fires that spawned snakes. They were under orders to capture the individual and bring him in for questioning, unless there was no way to avoid killing the person. After all, self defense was necessary, and there was no guaranteeing the sanity of this individual or whether he would have the willingness to cooperate. So far, there had been no attacks, but of course, the business day wasn't technically over for another hour. Still, in light of what had happened yesterday and what he had planned for tomorrow, he had taken off work an hour early. The planned final demise of the Order was cause enough for celebration, he thought.
