The day of the execution was to be the day that nobody forgot. And for the young Elektra (formerly Elektra Wendham-Pryce), it was unfortunate. Seeking exit from the poor, dingy slave-pits that her and her husband were cursed to live in, she and Landon thought to sneak out of the manor since the Death Eaters would be absent to become audience at the execution. Unfortunately there was a trap set for anyone trying to exit the manor once it had been void of all Death Eater power. Alas, the couple should have known that it was not going to be a cake walk to escape. Her death was only the first of many for that time. Others were sacrificing themselves for the cause, a plan that was a complete failure, causing chaos to litter the streets with magical warfare. The Order scrambled back to the safe house, though all but one was returning that night; Kara was swiped by two Imperium Guards after failing to take down one of the most difficult opponents to she has ever faced…her step-father, Fierro Darque. Her position was given to him by double agent Nadia Jamison, and he picked her out of a crowd as she was illuminated. Being taken to Azkaban and being forced into several weeks of brainwashing and torture, the former Auror did not go down with a fight. She endured these weeks of pain with her own step-father watching, refusing to crack and give in to their ways.
The only person this seemed to affect so badly was Fierro. The fates seemed to have a different path for him. His change of heart was treacherous, but it was a choice he made for himself, as he knew that following the current path of darkness would only lead to his defeat; Trevor’s plans were never really the ones he wanted to follow. One night, he managed contact the one man that Kara had been calling for in her restless sleep for those weeks. With the help of the bartender, Liam, Fierro was able to save his daughter and get her to a safe place.
After the death of his waitress, Stana, Liam sought after the Death Eater who swung the killing blow against the young girl. She was a graduate of Hogwarts, seeking out an honest living from a broken home, and Liam took her in to save her from turning down the wrong path. In his grief, he sought much counsel from his companion, Kara, who was living with him in his small apartment above The Abby since her apartment was turned to ash during a chase and her recovery was left to him by Fierro. It wasn’t long after that that the two had fallen in love and gotten married.
Much to the dismay of teacher Jaleth Lenor, brother to the fallen Lana Lenor. Jaleth had been in love with Kara since they were kids at Hogwarts, but he refused to give up hope. This drive, lust, need for Kara burned within him and eventually turned him to the dark side. Neutral almost all his life, the emotionally distraught Jaleth had finally given in to the dark ones; the ones who claimed the lives of his wife and sister. Coming into contact with his former student, Diana Blaine, Jaleth tries his hand at Dark Arts and with her help, clings tightly to his vengeful half.
Jonathan Partridge, the only other member of the Order Liam or Kara could trust, has finally fully recovered from his physically injuries induced by the hit-witch Coraline Larson, the same woman who delivered the final blow on his late girlfriend, Lana. Though he carries around a broken heart, Jonathan strives to keep the Fugitives protected, especially his best friends Kara and Liam. He becomes quite wary, however when former Minister of Magic, Fierro Darque comes around to try and become a prominent figure in his step-daughter’s life…though he isn’t the only one who is trying to protect the fragile Ms. Kara from such danger…
With Diana’s help, Jaleth hopes to seek out his true purpose for being…Fierro’s stance change causes a stir in the Order. But with no leader, is there really an ORDER to uphold? Kara’s entire being changed the moment she was kidnapped by the dark ones…but with the help of Liam and Jonathan, those who fought to stand for good against the evil, they all are hoping to assemble the strongest team possible to defend against Trevor and his Death Eaters…[/size]
