DECEMBER 28th, 2010 till January 5th, 2011
It had been many days since David and his sister Delilah had left Hogwarts for the winter vacation break, and so far they had been to sixteen parties, five masquerades, and four birthdays. Never did David have a dull day until today. You see David and his sister were down at Hogsmeade just walking around till tomorrow arrived. Tomorrow would of course be another day for a masquerade and they had yet to chose what they would wear and who they would invite.
Recently David had started to run out of friends that he had yet to invite so he knew he would have to draw out so of the death eaters to this one more then likely. Trevor being the one he really hoped would come so that he may ask Trevor a few important questions about being a Death Eater. Such as, what would he be entitled to, what the rules were for when he graduated and what Trevor needed David to do as a Death Eater.
Such a future life was what was in store for David. David now yawned softly looking around the Hogsmeade village seeing not that much of interest as of yet. It was then that he spotted a person he truly admired, though no one knew it of course. The fact that he kept this a secret from his friends even was surprising enough, but to keep it from his sister, now that just spoke volumes of how much he admired this person. Her name was Malae, even remotely saying her name in his mind made the tiny butterflies in his stomach do back flips and front flips, he was as many people called it, ‘Head Over Heels’ for this female.
Sadly this female was not in Slytherin like David and his sister Delilah was, she was in fact in Hufflepuff one of the smaller houses that were used to be known for housing half-bloods and muggle-borns most of the time; with the occasional pure blood in it. She was also in the same year as David and Delilah and was due to graduate with them if nothing crazy or diabolic happened to the school again this year.
“Hey Delilah would you mind going to buy me some sweets real quick? I do not feel like going in that crazy store where who knows what may happen to me. I mean there may be some of my fan girls in there if you know what I mean.” David spoke looking at his sister knowing that she knew what he meant. Recently, many of the female students at Hogwarts had formed a fan club for the so called, ’Slytherin Prince’ A title bestowed on him for his great academic marks as well as his athletic achievements from the game Quidditch.
While he was slightly lying to his sister what he was really after was trying to go talk to Malae without his sister knowing, he had to keep his cold and heartless face up around everyone including the teachers. The only time he didn’t have that façade of emotions up was when he was talking to his father privately and with any female that he totally and unconditionally was in love with; and there was only one girl that he was that way with, Malae.
