Casey merely gave a nod. It worked. It was public and in the muggle world, so he didn't have to worry about sneaking and disguises, though apparently he would soon have to if his face was so well-known in the wizarding world at this point in time. That meant Trevor knew--or at least suspected--the truth of what had happened that night at the safe house and was heightening alert. Well, he supposed the Abby was out of the question for a while, which meant fewer glimpses of Kara, but where there was a will, there was a way, and he would see her.
Still, the dog was an issue. If he had to be wary of him, there would be issues. He'd rather focus on the task at hand and fix his current problem, not watch a sub-issue. "It sounds good to me, Anna, but why don't you take..." Oh, what was the dog's name? Started with a G, didn't it? "...Griffin to your flat? I'll wait outside, and we'll go. How far is it?" If it was too far, it'd be better if they went inside and apparated nearby the place where they'd not be noticed for randomly appearing, if such a place existed. The less time he had to spend on this minor alteration to his plans for the day, the better, and cutting walking time would do the trick.
"But, just so you know, there is a pub nearby...the Abby. I'm the friend of a friend of the owner, and I'm certain he'd allow us to use the back room to talk a little more privately. Might be a little easier to discuss Death Eaters and magic when we don't have to worry about 'delicate ears' hearing, no?" It was merely a suggestion, and he made it clear that he was merely providing it as such. No need for an argument over something so trivial. It was just a matter of the volume of their voices and the amount of distractions and variables in the long run.
