HABITS: Normally, Jason tries to stay inconspicuous and observant. When he's happy, the corner of this eyes crinkle and he chuckles softly, though his smile is tired. If he's nervous excited, he gets very fidgety and paces a lot. Anxious nervous straightens his posture and he clenches his fists and sets his jaw. Deep thinking will cause him to tap his fingers on any available surface. After being bitten, provocation causes him to attack first, instead of how he used to think about the situation before taking the necessary steps of action.
PET PEEVE: Disrepsect. After the Change, loud noises, disrespect, and stupidity.

• Wood Working
• Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and boxing
• Intelligence of the Muggle World

WEAKNESSES:
• Lycanthropy
• Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
• Ignorance of the Wizarding World
TRAITS:
Before the Change
Jason was a odd mix of character traits. Playful jokester mixed with a studious personality, caring heart, good listener, leader and peacekeeper. If he had a fault, it would be that he tended to take on more than he can handle at any given point. Jason also had an air of respectability. He knew when was the time to play and when was the time to be a "stuffed shirt", though his loose lips tended to get him in trouble, in more ways than one. He's faintly aware of the company around him, making sure that he's still himself, but also not damaging his father's credibility and name. This was never a burden upon him; he respected his family and his place in it. He was never violent without reason, never started a fight, and only used his fighting abilities as a last alternative. Unless he was in the ring, of course.
After the Middle East
After the incident in the Middle East, Jason was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, triggered by gunshot-like sounds and the smell of curry powder. He was sensitive to sharp noises and stayed in the house for months after returning to England. Doctors observed that he displayed classic PTSD symptoms. see in Anything Else He lost interest in activities of his childhood and preferred to stay in his household library or go out for nightly walks or runs, due to their isolated nature. Jason, in fact, did become more isolated and withdrawn. Some of his old buddies say that he's just a shell of who he used to be.
After the Change
Due to being culture shocked, Jason finds himself more prone to frustration, short tempers, lashing out. While this also can be attributed towards Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, even if he wasn't plagued by Lycanthropy, he would have found himself annoyed at the obvious ignorance and disadvantage of being a part of a magical world. He spends more time outdoors more often than he used to and carpentry still calms him down a bit. He still spends time in solitude, to wrap his head around his new life, also because he feels like the odd duck, a freak in the world of freaks. When he does exist around others, he's gruff and easy to provoke, which is why he tries to stay inconspicuous.
The week before the full moon, Jason becomes broody and aggressively stubborn, almost unbearable to talk to. Only those with extreme patience are advised to interact with him.
He tries his best to be as normal as possible around Lissianna. He doesn't want to worry or scare her since she is a friend and now, his only connection between his past and future. He feels dependent upon her and has an extremely strong sense of possession and desire to protect her. It is still unclear if he holds any true deeper feelings for her besides this or if it's the codependence that drives him to feel this way. Jason hopes to be able to get parts of his former self back, rather than feeling like a hopeless weapon of chaos.

HISTORY:
Born and raised in Cambridge, with a college professor for a father and a music teacher for a mother. Even so, as a child, he was encouraged to pursue what he wanted, under the condition that he had to continue whatever he did for at least a year. From this, Jason quickly figured out what he was good at; carpentry and biology, and what he was not; English, cooking, and guitar, what he liked; cricket, boxing, and engaging in philosophical discussions with his neighbor, and what he didn't like; self-obsessed, stuffy professors, being dressed in a monkey suit, and cats.
He spent most of his childhood spending time outside with a group of neighborhood boys and spending time with his neighbor, Lissianna, when she was available. He saw her as the younger sister he didn't get to have. Having an older sister was something completely different. In fact, he often petitioned with his buddies to let Lissianna hang out with them when she came outside. Sometimes, he studied with her and her governess, a thing her governess allowed since Jason was the son of a college professor.
As soon as Jason finished secondary school (high school for us Americans), he spent a few years at home, helping around the house. By the time his neighbors had moved away, he just joined a group of people who built homes for the less fortunate. He spent about 6 years in South America, honing his carpentry skills as well as learning some basic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and how to use a machete. He picked up more skills from the guards and military in the areas he worked in and knows how to shoot a gun but only does so if it's absolutely necessary. After South America, he moved across the ocean to the Middle East. He was involved in an rebel attack, more as a bystander than an actual participant, where was caught in the middle of a gunfight and raid and was one of few survivors of a fallen building. This left him with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
He returned to England, fall of 2011, to get psychological help as well as locate his former neighbor. For a few years after Lissianna moved away and Jason went overseas, they stayed in contact via snail mail. The only clue he had of her location was the town Dundee of Scotland, though she had said that wasn't where she really was. It was difficult to get him to do any of his old activities. The sound of a cricket bat hitting the ball set him off into a flashback episode and loud music tended to irritate him too easily. He stayed in the library and stared out the window. If he did get out of the house, it was at night.
On the night of October 10th, during one of his therapeutic nightly runs, he was attacked by what he called a rabid dog. Shortly after, in the hospital, he was approached by an government agent who informed him that the rabid dog was a werewolf and that Jason had been infected. He stuck around for a month to complete some physical therapy, but took off around the time of the November full moon. He spent the rest of November and all of December backpacking across the British Isles, learning about himself and gathering courage to continue looking for Lissianna.
