The unbelievable events of last night were still playing in the forefront of the professor’s mind. It was hard to believe the turn of events that had brought Renn and Elise back into his life, and quite honestly he had never been happier. He had thought things over after that one night back at the beginning of November and with the steady coaxing from his friends had managed to pull himself out of the funk he had slid into and had thought he was starting to move on. For once Dres was thankful that he hadn’t. The only downside to having them lay low here at the school was the small fact that he’d need to get the Headmasters permission without actually telling the man who was staying. He was sure it would be ok… well he hoped it would be ok, he had a sound argument in place, but if not…well things would become a bit more complicated.
It wasn’t a dreadfully long walk to the Headmasters tower, what with his own classroom on the third floor and all. So in what seemed like only a matter of minutes he was standing in front of the two statues that guarded the entrance to the tower. ”Acid Fangs,”. The statues moved as soon as the password was spoken and Dres moved forward and headed up the stairs only stopping once he reached the closed door that marked the entrance to the Headmasters Office. He raised a hand to knock on the solid wood door but hesitated at the last minute, remembering something about the Headmaster saying anyone who knocked would be in for some serious consequences. Sighing he dropped his arm and looked around for any other way to let the man know he was here. Not seeing anything he opted to use his voice. ”Headmaster, sir? It’s Professor Faust, a word if you will?”
