10:00 a.m.
Since his conversation with his dad a couple months ago, things at the safe house had been more awkward than ever. So much so, that Julian felt had to get out; get away from everything to do with the order, his, dad and the constant memory of his mum. Sure, it wasn’t the smartest thing to do considering he was a fugitive, but running away seemed like the only logical choice he had. It wasn’t like he could just walk up to someone and be like ‘Hey I’d like to leave the safe house and get out for a change of scenery before I go completely insane.' Heh, as if that would ever fly. So he took the initiative and planned out his escape, consequences be damned. It was easy enough to sneak out under the cover of darkness with a broom he had ‘borrowed’ from one of the other Order members, and he highly doubted he would be discovered missing for quite some time. It was safe to say that his dad wouldn’t be actively searching him out (the man had been avoiding him like the plague, which suited Julian just fine), and any of the other order members would assume he was off brooding someplace, if they even cared. Thus his presence in muggle London, this warm Saturday morning.
Julian had figure by avoiding all the main wizarding areas such as Digon Alley & Knockturn Alley, he’d be able to keep a low profile and under the radar of the Imperium Guard and any Death Eater’s that might be about; not to mention any of the Order should they discover him missing any time soon. Smirking, Julian un-slung his rucksack from his back and fished through it until he found some muggle currency (he had been accumulating it over the past few months once he’d decided he was going to leave the safe house) and walked over to a small vendor who was selling various breakfast like items outside of pub, he mentally noted was called The Abby. After purchasing a breakfast wrap he decided to make his way over to The Leaky Cauldron, in hopes of snagging a copy of the Prophet or any other tid-bits of news pertaining to the wizarding world. Having been out of the loop for so long, it seemed like a good place to start. Then there would be nothing left but to plan his next move and enjoy the day.
